We are so pleased that Burnside Community Care is located within such a picturesque community with a great community spirit. They have featured a community news website since 2009, highlighting landscape photos, events, stories about residents and the community’s rich history. Two books have been published within Clyde River which include The History and Stories of Clyde River which features the founding families and Landscape of Memories, a collection of photos and writings by Vivian Beer who also manages, writes stories and provided photography for the community website.

Take a look through their stories and learn more about the community where Burnside resides. The community would be delighted to welcome the Burnside residents to attend any community events. Many of the events are a short walk away at the community centre.
